C01 What it is

The build, in passes.

Dayo is a living social map: verified-visit reviews, live conditions, answers from locals and community events at real places. Location checks happen on the server and keep only a rounded distance, never coordinates, and photos are stripped of metadata on the device.

  • Verified Visit: the phone's fix is compared with the place's pin on the server (PostGIS)
  • Only a rounded distance is stored, never coordinates
  • Photos re-saved on device without GPS or capture metadata, then re-checked on the server
  • Code-only visuals enforced by a build check: no image, font or icon-pack files

C02 How it is built
